The blower runs all the time don't matter wether it set to auto or on. Any ideas fan limit control or relay?

Turn off the power to the furnace. At the control box at the furnace find where the wires going to the thermostat connect. Disconnect the red wire (24 volts) going to the thermostat. Now turn the furnace power on. If the blower still runs then the fan control relay would appear to be stuck closed or improperly set, depending on the type of control.
If the fan does not run then you may need to investigate the thermostat and/or thermostat wiring. Post model number for better help.
