What causes the excessive condensation on the evaporative coils? I have a puddle of water discharging from the over flow pan below the coils. The pan below the coils is full of a rusty water but I observe now leakes anywhere coming from anything.

You have a clogged drain. cut the pvc drain, blow out through it, and splice it back together.
