Seems blower is dead. - can't figure out why.
No fan, no cooling or heating coming through the house.
Burners are working, condenser unit working (makes ice).
Ducts are working.
Filters are clean, cage is clean.
Jumped R to G - nothing
Test to C - inducer motor goes on - no blower hi or low come on.
Replaced motor and capacitor - nothing.
LED light sup.
Audible "click" heard at motherboard for fan to start but...nothing.

Carrier 9200 Weathermaker

Appreciate any ideas. Thanks.

Well, it was the board after all!

Actually, it was a known carrier problem where the solder comes off of the board. I resoldered the one that came off at the Hi/Lo relay - and the blower works great!

Thanks Houston.

Measure for 120VAC at COOL and Neutral with demand.
If voltage is not present with demand replace your circuit board.

"Tip of the Day" Remember to remove power first.

Thank you.

Measurements:

R+C -> ~24VAC
G+C -> ~24VAC
Y+C -> 0 VAC
R+G -> 0 VAC
Cool+Neutral -> 0 VAC with Fan on

Transformer -> 128VAC , 28VAC

Seems like the board despite hearing the audible click at the relay right?

Thanks.
