Got it working but fan is running always. Any advice? Heres the wiring:

Original HW
W2 = White Wire W/Green Stripe (I put green stripe for reference)
R = Red Wire
G = Green Wire
Y = Yellow Wire
C = Blue Wire
O = White Wire

This is what I tried. Manual didnt have solution for me.

TX1500
G = Green
Y= Yellow
W = White
RC,RH = Red
B = Blue
O = White with green stripe

Uts working but fan is running ALOT. Almost all day. Also doesnt seem to cool nearly as fast as the HW. Any suggestions?

You need a different stat. Your new stat is not compatible with your multistage heatpump.

I recommend a Honeywell RTH7400
C = blue
G = green
Y = yellow
O/B = white
Rc & R = red
Aux & E = white with green stripe
170 = 7
190 = 0
240 = 9
