I recently had my a.c. system replaced but I don't think it draining properly my drip pan is allmost full and only one of my outside lines is draing. The drip pan has a drain line and the evaporator a drain line aswell butt what about the port right beside it dripping straight into the pan should it be plugged the original evaporator only had one. Plese help !

You have a clogged primary(evaporator) drain line. You need to go to your unit cut it loose, and blow through it. pour some draino down it. The "port" next to it is a secondary drain, and is functiong properly. If you don't have an AquaGuard, or float swith in your pan, get one. It should have been put in with your new system. When the primary gets clogged, condensation comes out the secondary. The float switch turns off the unit to keep from flooding your house.
