Hi
I installed a new Honeywell RTH7500D this winter.
Now that my A/C is running it does this:
Each time it kicks on, it only runs for about 5 seconds. Then it shuts off and immediately back on again. Then it runs normally until it needs to stop.
It does this each time it runs. The air is nice and cold. No other problems.
I tried twisting the 'R' and 'Y' wires together to bypass the unit. It worked fine then. I'm not sure what to do. Its a conventional a/c & furnace.
