48lb suction 340lb head. Clean coils evap and cond. Indoor was iced up. sitting at max amps. 10 deg split, 80deg indoor temp. Any ideas

Need more information, Superheat and subcooling, O/A Temp, R/A & D/A temps, Indoor termp, ETC. With 110-120 outdoor entering temp, head pressure not out of line. Restriction is likely your problem. May be in the drier or metering device. Dirty filter, blocked Return. Is your blower plugged or even running at desired speed.

Please post some history... age?, new problem? Any work done where system was opened? Make/model.

It would appear the evap coil is starved so you'd expect high superheat. If there was a restriction then also high subcooling. Check the lineset for any damage from other people working around.
