I have two side by side condensers, one blows hot air (normal) and the other blows cold air. Is this a problem waiting to happen? I've read that dirty condenser coils impact the efficiency... any recommendations on a good cleaner/procedure?

could be low on freon pull top off of condensor feel the compressor if hot its off on overload check the pressures if low charged then do a leak check check the filter inside if you have a high head pressure then may be you coil is dirty run water though the coil or you compressor isnt running maybe you have a bad capacitor seen duel caps blown up and still let the condensor fan run check those it has to be one

Sounds like one of the compressors is not running. Flip the breaker off then on and see if the cold air condenser warms up. If not call a service company.
