How far out should the run-off pan (beneath the evaporator coil) extend past the evaporator coil part??
I had the service men replace the old coil and drip pan below it, but it looks like they didn't reinstall the pan far enough in front to extend past the run-off pipes coming out of the evaporator.
The heater with evaporator are mounted sideways in the attic.
Thanks

Well, ideally, the higher of the two drain lines(secondary) should be piped into the pan, and there should be a float swith on the pan to turn off the system and let you know if the lower(primary) ever becomes cloged.
