I would replace condenser to, but if your $$$$ are not available then make sure that your refrigerant lines are the right size.
Most of the older Lennox systems used 5/16" RTTV line for metering of refrigerant into coil. New systems require 3/8" liquid line, if your just changing the coil better make sure to change line or you will have problems in the future.
Lennox size: HS9-461 = 3.5 ton

In my opinion it ain't worth it. I installed hundreds of them starting in 1978. Only about 2% of them are left running in my area. Most of them the compressors wore out and seized up from old age (like 300,00 miles on a car motor). That unit is 6-8 SEER and your new unit is 13 and it is a gross missmatch. The lines size is another issue. You are currently using R22 refrigerant and the new condensor in the future will use R410. You will have a cross contamination problem later and need a very expensive line flush kit to clean them out. Buy a new Lennox XC series and you will get 20 or more yrs from it and better value.
