Sometimes my outside a/c unit will run but won't blow inside. I usually have to turn the a/c off then back on for it to blow. Switching the fan to "on" when this happens-it will blow. Have had several techs out to look at it-& of course it won't happen while they are there and not one has been able to diagnose the problem. Have had the capacitor replaced. Seemed to work fine for about 30 days after that. Now it's back to it's old tricks again!! We are very frustrated & need help!

Sounds like your thermostat may not be energizing the G terminal to start the fan. If it is old or an el cheapo then replace it with a Honeywell Vision or Focus Pro type.
