With the thermistat in off the blower continues to run and never shuts off. I have removed all wires from the thermistat that connect to the board in the furnace which will take it out of line all together. Then when i press the door interlock switch the blower still runs.

Hi,
I think the blower power control relay is stuck. Easiest way is to replace the board. If you know what you're doing you can replace the relay module on the board.

Not so soon. Some circuit boards have a terminal for CONT continuous fan running and you may have a wire hooked up to it if you are not the original owner. Previous owner may have had that done. Usually the red wire from the fan is the lowest speed and may be hooked to it.

The red motor wire is hooked up to the low terminal on the board. If i remove this wire, the blower stops running.

I've been living here for ten years and this just started the other day.
