My uncles basement walled caved in, in May and i had to cut the lines to the condensing unit so it could be moved out of the way to fix it. I was out of town the weekend he needed it reinstalled so he had a friend of his do it. His electric bill jumped from $175 to like $300 over the past 3 months. I finally got time to check it today and hes running at about 75psi and 255psi with about 18 superheat. Filters not bad. Around 90 degrees outside and 75 or so inside. Its a heat pump Anyone have any suggestions what i could have checked or missed.

Yes he has NON condensibles in system, he needs to install new bi-flow drier and vacuum and re-charge system.
