I have a Bryant Quantum Plus unit only a few years old. I noticed today it was getting hot inside the house and found the inside blower fan at the plenum isn't coming on. The outside compressor is coming on for about 3 minutes and shuts down. It sounds normal. Any thoughts as to what may have given up on this? Could low Freon keep the blower fan from running? The control box on the furnace shows a good code, not blinking anything.
Thx

No. Set the t-stat Fan switch to "ON" if the fan comes on then you know the the motor and electrical components are good, and that is probably the t-stat. If the blower doesn't run, then there are several different components that could be malfunctioning.

Well, I set up a service call for this morning. Fan doesn't come on at any setting so we'll see what it is and I'll post the results..
