My central air unit for my house stopped working. We shut it off for a few days and turned it on today...the unit outside starts up, the fan moves for probably 30 seconds and then stops. The blower inside the house is working fine. Any ideas? It's 90 degrees outside!

Could possibly be just a run capacitor blown.
