i havea york model p4hub16n08001a the unit runs,air is cool at the evaporator (30f) the fan runs filter replace pressure 0k 70 low 225 high. But the volume of air is coming out from the duct grill is low its cool but no volume. Does this unit has different speeds how can i check this.
I appreciate all the help you can provide.

That is a model # to a furnance. Residential light commericial A/C doesn't produce 30 deg air. Remeasure the supply air temp. and return air temp.
