I just installed a ritetemp 6025, and now my ac runs continuously. Troubleshooting over the phone with ritetemp. they had me disconnect b from c, and r from rh. the compressor still ran. had me remove the #7 jumper. still ran. thay said this was not possable. after i hung up, i could smell that the heater was running. can my heat and ac run at the same time???

Did the system work ok before you changed stat? If so it's probably miswired. Hopefully you wrote down the original wiring configuration. If so then post it here for example:
Y=yellow
G=green
etc
etc.
What type of heat do you have?

Well it looks like it's wired properly. Are your configuration jumpers set correctly for a heat pump system with auxillary heat as shown on page 20?
