My house has a 3.5 ton Rheem unit that doesn't seem to be cooling as good as it did in the past. I cleaned the coils and checked the airflow and everything is fine with that. When I attached gages to the condenser, I got the following readings:
High pressure - varies between 230-290psi
Low pressure - varies between 61-66psi. Low pressure gage needle shakes when high pressure quickly drops to low end - 230)
Liq. line temp - 91oF
Suction line temp - 44oF
Ambient outdoor temp - 93oF
Indoor temp while taking readings - approx. 75oF

Thanks for your help.

NON-CONDENSIBLES

Recover refrigerant, install liquid line drier , vacuum and recharge.
