a/c house fuse blowes cant check voltage because of fuse.could it be from bad points or bad capacitor.wiring to unit looks good. what else could be the problem..unknown and frustrated

Which fuse, where? Unknown and frustrated? If you are unable to trouble-shoot and figure it out, you'll have to call a pro help.
