I am going to change my old oil boiler with a Biasi. My home is 1900sq ft not including my un finished basement that is 800sq ft. which I will finish in the future. I've had some local plumber come and some recommended the Biasi B3 others the B4. I don't want to under size my boiler, if I play it safe and go with the B4 will I just be wasting more oil then I should because the boiler is oversized?
