I am having issues with the Blower Fan in my Goodman Packaged Unit. The fan will not kick on after the unit starts its cooling cycle. Unit will then freeze up. I will shut down allow it to unthaw and start it back up and it will run fine for a few days then do it again. It has been going on for about 2 weeks now. Filter is clean and the Coils were combed and cleaned on 09/18/08. I removed the blower motor and had it tested, all tested fine. Please help!!

The blower time delay relay is failing. It needs to be replaced, or install a standard relay for the blower operation.

Well, if you had the motor tested for open windings, short to ground and the thing runs sporatically then I would think this is a circuit board or relay issue.
