Can any one recommend a good efficient indirect hot water heater. Are they all basically the same? Someone mentioned the Superstor tanks are the best, another person said to get one that is stone lined? Does anyone have any advise?

Any high effencey tank. Don't go with a very large tank, because you will end up heating water that you don't use. Also, there are water heater insulated blankets that can be purchased.
