Ok I hope i have made some progress Here's what I foudn by accident I found i tthink it is a pressure switch and reset it and got the SmartValve to only Blink 2 flashes and pause then two flashes then pause But looking up the codes it saids i have a open pressure switch So I took off the wires to it the same flashes (2) Join the wires together and still the same I dont' see any rubber tube to it just this round black disk with two purple wires on it with a small hole in face to put a toothpick in it to reset Still No induction motor running at all !! All it seems now is i got the light on top of the Smartvalve to stop blinking without pausing Now it blinks twice and pauses and start again with 2 pauses Geez Someoen shoot me lol

that black disc sounds to me like your pressure switch the two purple wires would go to either a no or nc on the switch other to common. If the inducer motor is not running the pressure switch will not close, thus causing your system not to continue in a sequence of operations. Confirm 120vac output from control board to inducer, if no power replace control, if you have power remove assembly (inducer) make sure no obstructions if not replace.
