I have an air ease ultra V 80 heater with an ST9160B board, SV9520H smartvalve, and programmable tstat. Every morning when the tstat calls for heat, the furnace does not turn on. The smartvalve flashes 10 times then pauses and does it again. In order to start the furnace, we turn off the switch on the side of the furnace, turn off the switch on the smartvalve, wait a couple seconds then turn on the smartvalve and side switch. I guess it resets something because the furnace turns on and works fine. Thanks.
