Hi,

I hope someone can help me. I have a York Stellar funace, 80%, that is about 14 yrs old. This summer the AC worked fine, ands still does. When I started the heat the inducing blower motor comes on and stays on but thats it for the heat cycle, no ignition, nothing. I checked the thermostat by shorting the R and W wires, same problem. I have 24 volts at the transformer secondary. I checked the pressure switch by removing the hose and sucking on it, the contacts close. I also checked continuity while doing this and the contacts do open and close. I started the furnace turned on the heat then measuring the voltage at the ingiter I sucked on the pressure switch hose and crimped it, no voltage at the ingiter. This furnace has a control board and a White and rogers s50E47-50HSI module. The LED light in the module is not lit or blinking.

Does anyone have a suggestion I would be very appreciative.

Thanks

JT

thanks for the comment. I did try and reset flame roll out switch, it did not appear to be popped. Last year I replaced the high temp limit and it worked fine all last winter, so i don't think thats the problem. I am going back home and am going to short out the flame roll out switch and see if that has any effect and I am also going to see if I get 24 volts across the TR and TH terminals of the White & Rogers HSI module. White & Rogers have a troubleshooting guide for this module on their website.

Thanks

JT

Check the flame roll-out switch and high temp switch at the blower housing. Most require manual reset
