Hey There,
I have just enough HVAC training to be dangerous, so I'm using my life line early:

I have a Carrier Plus 90 furnace Model 398A036080 that leaks water when it's running, whether it's heating or cooling, and I haven't been able to locate the original literature. I'm wanting to stop the leak without having to spend a whole lot.

Ideas, anyone?

Everybody's waitin' for the next explosion...

Take bunches of stuff off and remove the blower. Squeeze into the bottom of the furnace with a bright light and look the secondary heat exchanger over, you are looking for rust and holes. If you find any replace the heat exchanger or the furnace, furnace might be cheaper and have better warranty plus more available parts. Whatever get a CO detector (prefer digital read) and a smoke detector.
