I put the thermostat on 68 and furnace heated up and blew warm air for one cycle. After that it stopped producing heat. When I turn power off to furnace it goes through one cycle of heating and stops producing heat again. The panel blinks once which states in the information guide-"system lockout due to retry". Can someone please help.

Does the thermostat ever reach setpoint. You may have to clean the flame sensor (if the unit shuts off within 30 seconds). May also have weak limits. Are your filters clean. If in doubt, call a pro.
