Bryant dealers all have access to a website that they can print that off of for you. You might want to just try calling whoever put it in and see if they will print it for you.
edit: just noticed your a tech, WWG totaline or whoever sells carrier and Bryant in the states will print that off for you. I can print it off but can't post a link because you need a password to get into the website.
