Replaced igniter, but still wont ignite. I can hear the gas turn on, yet the igniter does not fire up. After a few minutes it locks it up, wont turn on unless reset is applied. I dont see an LED on my furnace, so i cant what the issue is. What could be wrong. Should i clean the flame sensor?

Cleaning the flame sensor means nothing at this point if the burners never light. If your smelling gas and getting 120v to the ignitor (previously replaced)and it's not glowing. you have a bad board. Before doing that, check resistance of new ignitor to make sure you didn't crack it. New ignitors will be 50 ohms give or take.
