I am tryin to hook up a totaline P374-1800 in an older mobile home. the old t-stat only had a red and white wire going to it.
The new one has spots for: W1/O/B, Y1, G, MISC2, R, C
There's only the same two wire going into furnace as well. Please help. I can get the T-STAT to come on when I hook the red wire to R and the white wire to C. but when it calls for heat the furnace doesn't come on

Use R and W1. The tstat works off battery power.
