I had water in the basement. It reached the blower control board and made the furnace run. I killed the power got all the water out, blew out the furnace, and replaced control board. Now when i turn the power back on blower starts running and will not shut off. I replaced the wires 1 by 1 on the new board,as not to cross wire, so I don't know why it is doing this.

1. thermostat: fan on or auto? if on, turn it to auto.
2.check fan control at the furnace compartment. pull the white button all the way out.
3. if fan still runs continuously, check the setting of fan control(90-120-200F scale for the thress levers is correct).
4. if no stop, remove the fan control assembly, check for stuck coil or anything screwing the switch.
I don't know what type of furnace you have, the above is just a guess.
