Hello all, I posted last night about a smart valve and techshawn was nice enough to give me some info. Upon further review I found I have 28 VAC on the output to the ignitor with it unplugged from the smart valve, but when I plug it in the voltage drops to between 0 and 3 VAC. My gut tells me ignitor but honeywell flow chart says the smart valve is at fault. Any thoughts?

hi,david, if i were you, i'd replace the igniter first at cost about 60 dollars. 99% chance you'll get it fixed. If failed, go to smart valve which is utterly a stupid device ever seen.

I like fixing everything.
