I have a gas powered air handler and I just tried the heat out before season. right when I turned it on from the thermostat a buzzing sound came from inside the electric panel. I left my meter at work. Any ideas?
*when I moved into the apt. the panel to the electrical housing was missing*

Not likely, 24V AC is always present.
