Hey...the heat is not working on our gas pack...we've checked the ignitor switch, as that has been a problem in the past, but this time,no. You hear it come on, but it doesn't blow air, hot or cold. Can you narrow down for me what we may be looking at? thanks!

so igniter is working, but no flame comes out?
I like fixing everything.

I don't know about that...my husband was the one looking at it...he checked the old ignitor,it was fine, but he put in a new one anyway....we don't know much about these things...do these gas packs have flames??? It is located outside..we've never had to have anything lit before...please pardon my ignorance!!
