I have a Lennox Heater this winter when turning it on i came to realize it made a loud chattering noise. I had someone come out and give me a ridiculous price on it. On the sheet it says my gas pressure was ok 3.5wc. Coil is rated for .5 amps the coil is actually pulling .7amps/ Ind 1.3amps, 68 amps. I was wondering if this part could be clean or what. please help

So what was his quote for? What parts? Is that 6.8amps or 68amps? If its the latter i suspect a bad fan motor perhaps?

can you figure out where the noise come from? upper or lower part of the furnace. Is it something related rotary grinding or vibration.

I like fixing everything.
