I have two of the Lenox G40Uh units one that is a four wire on the thermostat (upstairs unit) and one that is a five wire unit downstairs. I'm confused because both systems are gas and are the same why would one system have five wires and one four. The one with four is working fine with both air and heat. The five is only working with air. I have them wired both the same and the blue wire on the downstairs unit is not connected. Do I have to connect that to get heat? and if so what would it get connected to? Help!

The blue is the c - I think its a common wire and does not need to be attached. I have another issue, I notice yesterday that they two flashing lights on my lenox system was not on at all (the other unit has two flashing green lights) does this have something to do with the thermostat? I checked all the circuit breakers and everything seems okay.
Thanks
