Thanks for viewing my message. I'm trying to find an owner's manual or a user-friendly "maintain my furnace" book. Appreciate any suggestions. We have a Rheem model # RBHC-17J14SFA furnace and a Generalaire bypass humidifier model #1042 that I can't tell is even working. We had both new installed last year, but both look funky and old. Even the cords connecting everything have random duct tape seemingly holding the cords together and do not look new in any way. We don't know how to tell what's working other than we do get heat. They gave us no owners manuals. Any advice appreciated.
