My carrier furnace gas valve wont open. fault code 34. Hot surface ignitor glows and I have 28V to gas valve at time needed for gas. Sounds like bad gas valve. Any way to test for sure?

Digital manometer cking inlet pressure to make sure you have proper press before the valve and test press outlet side as it is calling.
