During the cold winter months, we get condensation dripping from three of our A/C air ducts. Our first unit, our service carrier placed a timer in the FK-4d, to run the fan twice a day, to keep the ducts dry. Another solution was to close off the hallway air vent, to stop warm air from the house going into the cold ducts. Our temporary solution last year was to put upright heaters in the two rooms, having the condensation problem, with just enough heat to stop the dripping. That stopped the water, but isn't a long term solution.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Gary

Are the ducts properly sealed and insulated in the attic? Doesn't sound like it. They must be getting cold enough to the dew point so water is condensing on them.
