Hello. I am currently looking to have my current furnace and ac unit replaced. What I am looking for, is what types of questions do I ask when I have my estimates done?

I found some info from searching around the net (i.e. warranty,btu size,energy efficiency) but there must be other questions I should ask. Right ?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time.

How long have they been in business? How many complaints to the BBB. How many techs do they have. I sell/work for Lennox Service Experts. The larger Lennox dealers have access to a incredibly good tech/training support system that most companies don't have. Very useful when buying a $6000 furnace and you don't want some dumb Bubba trying to learn on your machine.
