I have a Weathermaker 9200 heater. I have not had any problems with it until about a year ago, I was doing some remodeling and had it moved to the other side of the basement. In the process all the wiring, ducting etc, was moved and I think that may be part of the problem.
After the move, it worked for about five days. after that, it would come on, you could hear the motor spinning and then after about 5 minutes, it would shut off, without the blower turning on. I went without heat that winter and this year I started it up again and the same thing happened, it worked for about 5 days and then the same symptoms all over again.
From some of the previous threads I have read, I'm thinking that there may be some condensation built up somewhere, that is preventing it from working properly. Any suggestions?

Do you have H2O coming out of the furnace? If not, take the condensate hose loose from the furnace and see if any water comes out. You may also want to check your vent pipes to see if they are clear. Did a qualified tech move the furnace and redo the piping or was it some handiman?

I pulled the hose from the heater and some water came out. the hose starts at the base of the heater, travels up about 4ft, and then horizontally for about 15 ft before ends in my backyard.
There is a small water spot from where some water had exited the hose in the backyard, but I am concerned that the water is getting backed up. I'm not sure how it was connected before, but maybe it was shorter?
not sure how qualified the tech was, he was a friend of a friend. I know he has done that kind of work before, but I don't think he was licenced if thats what you mean.
thanks for the reply
