My 2 year old Carrier Furnace is displaying code 33 which then turns to code 13. I pushed on both manual reset switched with no change.This is a 58STA model. I also noticed that the inducer motor was not turning. Any ideas?

Pull the chimney pipe off the top of the furnace and look for a dead bird in the inducer fan. If not, then the unit may have a 5 yr parts warranty and you should call the installer. Check the owners manual for warranty info. Bird not covered by warranty.
