Hi there, I have an E11 Series furnace, and the problem is that I goes on and off constantly, I think 1 time we counted 24 times within 1 hour. It still heats the house. Someone has told me it could be an element. I need to know how to check it. I have a landlord that wont fix anything, and with the heater going on and off constantly it causes the electric Bill to keep going up! PLEASE HELP!!! Thanks so much!

It could be your thermostat is short cycling/faulty. That furnace is 30+ yrs old and obsolete. The elements are mostly obsolete. It uses 240 volts/high voltage and is dangerous for you to do anything with. I would call your rental authority/landlords branch and complain to them. Keep fighting until you get results or move. I had to do that several times.
