I'm trying to determine where the problem exists with a YorkGuard 4 module in a York HP during defrost. I don't have the manual but I recall reading somewhere if you jumper J & C terminals it will kick the unit into defrost. Can anyone confirm this?
Also how long do I leave the jumper on for? I think its different if the unit is off or running.
