The gas furnace came with the house and we assume it might be as old of the house (built in 1942). Lately its fan and bolt get slightly dislodged and the furnace sounds like it will explore any minute. The local furnace repair guy comes with a bigger hammer each time to fix the rattle but says soon we'll need to replace the fan. Where can I find old (or if still made) fan parts. I don't know the model. It has 8 blades that are 11" deep total from top of blade to bottom of blade below it (or each blade is approximately 5.5"). The fan is at the top of this long vertical furnace 81" tall, 14" wide, 10.25" deep) air comes out of the bottom. We love the heater (heats our whole house) but need a replacement part. Help. A model number for the heater would be nice if anyone could convey that info as well. thank you.

Better save some money up for a new furnace. I just quoted a job today to change out an old chrysler furnace on its last leg.
