Im working on a RHEEM gas furnace mod-RGDD-04NC-CR
In a Duoplex building duel shot burners.... Basically the landowner hasnt maintenanced any of his units in the past 10 or so years, everythings filthy, but thats not my problem.
Sequence of operations is fine but it wont prove a flame... its a Pilor burner.
Im thinking either its extremely dirty and the spuds/orifices are Clogged not allowing the gas to come out.
any ideas?

clean the flame sensor with fine sand paper or steel wool. Call somebody to do maintenance it will save you on your heating costs not to mention safety.
