I'm trying to locate a conversion kit for a Bryant 90i Plus furnace - Propane to Natural gas. The furnace is a 1993 model, two stage, two speed, 80,000 BTU.
Model No. 320AAZ042080AAKA, SN 1693A02597.
Per the Bryant's label, the kit number is KGAPN1201IID
Does anyone have this kit or know where I can get one?

I've tried Bryant distributors and a local one says it is not available.
Thanks

DaveS

two spring for the gas valve and the 4 burner orifices ?

ask for the natural gas springs and drill the orifices out.

If you are not familiar on how to adjust gas pressure or correctly size the orifices this should be left to a professional. You a venturing into a potential human BBQ

Thanks. I will definitely be having a licensed professional do this. We just came up dry for the kit that's listed. Do you know the correct orifice size for this furnace.

Thanks again for the reply

that depends on the specific gravity of your natural gas
the altitude of where you are
the BTU rating of your furnace
How many burners the furnace has -% for altitude above sea level

there is a lot more to it than slapping in a few parts.

Your local gas company will have that data for you. They might even drill out your orifices you don't need new ones just springs for the gas valve. there is TWO one for hi heat and one for low. the water column is determined by the other missing data I mentioned above.

Just think of all the money you will be saving going to Natural gas. Pay a guy to do it right and SAFE.
