Hello. I just bought a building in Essex County, NJ. I have 38 RTU's that I plan to have removed and then I am going to sell them as I have all new ones coming in. My question is must I remove the freon or do anything to the units besides disconnecting the power and natural gas? I do not want to do anything illegal. If you could point me to a web site that would tell me the NJ laws about this I would appreciate it.
