my payne furnace stop heating the other day, and there are things that i don't know of what needs to be fixed, so i will list them, and maybe someone can tell me what they think. the unit blower, when i turn it on, seems to be humming and the spinner does not spin. it is like it is stuck. i took it out, and looked for anything blocking it, and it was fine. so i put the whole housing back in. and the same thing happens. when i manually turn it, it starts to turn for about 4 minutes, then comes to a complete stop, and hums again. the flame for the ignotor is on, but the drums never light up. do you think this is only a poblem with the blower motor, or something else? i can not afford the help, so i figure someone in here might be able to help this poor guy with kids. thanks.......btw happy holidays everyone!
