I do know the unit gets power to at least one circuit because the heat element seems to warm up. the major difference I notice when putting out heat or not- is related to the fan either switching on or not (the big fan inside the heat pump)Sometimes the fan blowing the inside air vents will blow cool air while the heat element outside heats up-however the fan inside the heat pump does not not run,thus not sending warm air to the inside vents. Other than that, I have no prints to check what circuit is'nt getting voltage-thanks,maybe you know more?
